A second anti-corruption protest takes place outside the Prime Minister’s Office in Valletta with the protestors demanding the Prime Minister’s resignation following the explosive events of the week. The Leader of the Nationalist Party, Adrian Delia, requests that the Maltese President, George Vella, take the necessary action in the light of the ‘constitutional imbalance’ formulated by the Prime Minister’s all-encompassing power over the institutions.
